NI Visa Package is not being installed in Matlab

Hi,
I am using Instrument Control Tool Box Matlab2019a Windows7 64 Bit Antivirus is disabled.
I have have downloaded NI Visa Support Package from Matlab Website but the package is not being installed in Matlab and giving me errors. Plese let me know how to resolve this issue.
