I can't open fdatool GUI.Why?

I try to open fdatool,but it only opens a blank window.Two errors showed as follows.
??? Reference to non-existent field 'lightbulbIconData'.
Error in ==> tipoftheday at 104 h.image = image('CData',icons.lightbulbIconData, 'Parent', h.icon);
Error in ==> fdatool at 76 hFig = tipoftheday('fdatool', @getfdatooltip);
The platform is win7,64-bit.
