im2convmtx function, does it exist ?

I am attempting to run the sample code in this github

https://github.com/fmannan/PSFEstimation/blob/master/EstPSFQuadProgPartition.m

and it uses im2convmtx.

I am getting undefined function or variable .am I missing something? is this supposed to be in Matlab?

or did the author just forgot to add his own implementation of it ?

Maybe it is an external custom function, I could not find any such MATLAB function. Note that function named "convmtx" is avalible.
