How to plots Power Spectral Density, cross spectral density and squared coherence of fluctuating velocity data in Matlab?

I want to plots Power spectral density, cross spectral density and squared coherence in Matlab of fluctuating velocity data collected using Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter (ADV). I just want to inform you that I have collected fluid velocity data during 3 (three) minutes each second 40 data points using ADV. i.e. total number of velocity data 7200. (v(1), v(2)……………………………..v(7200)). From that I wanted to plots Power spectral density (PSD), Y-axis vs. X-axis frequency.......how can I do in this in Matlab? plz help me. With Regards HM
