Method of image charges

Hi guys,

So im trying to figure out how to go about question 2. I have already done question 1 which shows the diagram and the equation for the potential of a point anywhere in space. However, I can not quite figure out how to go about problem 2. The answer to question 1 is shown below. Any help is appreciated. Thanks :)
