Sensor data doesn't gets uploaded to thingspeak channel but it show on the serial monitor

If you have not purchased a ThingSpeak license, your maximum update rate is once every 15 seconds. I do not see where you are limiting your code to make updates every 15 seconds or less. This is likely why your device is unable to post updates to ThingSpeak.
