Zoom not working when using Image Overlay Using Transparency

Hi, I am trying to overlay 2 images using transparency, following the pattern of code posted by Steve Eddins with title 'Image Overlay Using Transparency'.
The problem is zoom in and out, both are not working on the output image. Can anyone please help with this problem.
