How can we fit a Burr Type XII distribution equation to a curve with multiple peaks

I have two sample data attached (x,y). They look having two peaks. How can we fit Burr Type XII distribution equation (or sum of two Burr XII distributions) to any of these sample curves?

I tried cftool, custom equation, but there was not a success!
