Hi All,
I have two monthly data set but with different dimension.
A=20 x 25 x 24 > longitude x latitude x temperature value (2 years)
B= 1 x 24 > temperature value (2 years).
I want to do correlation between dimension 3 of A to B in all grids.
Is there a way to do it?
any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you

What is B? Is it a mean of the grid 20x25? or it is a value at asingle location?

As the data B is at a location......Pick the same location data from the grid 20x25 and then find the corelation. Read about plotregression, regression, corr etc.

@KSSV it's different value and not from any location from A.so that's why I want to do correlation A to B in all grids of A

Run a loop for each point of grid 20*25 and to the data B.
