how can i read the text file and convert it into binary form and then further convert it into analog signals for transmission??

Also define how you want to encode the text file into binary. Just a simple ASCII encoding (which, really, you already have in the form of the text file itself), or something more sophisticated (such as IEEE-754 encoding)?
