Hi,
I am working on MRI images. My aim is to draw an ROI which are the kidneys on the images. And then I want to calculate the homogeneity, skewness, kurtosis, entropy and correlation.
How to draw an ROI to delimitate the kidneys ?
And how can I calculate homogeneity etc ?
Thnak you

drawpolygon should do the trick. Then createMask will get you a binary mask which you can use for further analyses.

The top result on Google for 'image homogeneity matlab' is this page, which links to the documentation for graycoprops.
That took me 20 seconds. You could save 23 hours waiting on my response by trying Google first. If you don't find anything relevant you can post a comment with what you tried.
