matlab R2013a (win7) crashes with sleep/hibernate?

Hello colleagues,
i using (not only) a matlab installation on my laptop and quite often this is put to sleep or hibernate. With the update to R2013a i almost regularly get crashes (incl. hs_err_pidXXX.log) and you can guess, with R2012b i didn't. Is there something sensitive on the win7 i could check?
