What the horizontal and vertical axis in the output of a Support vector Machine represents? suppose i am classifying patients of malaria, there are two categories and may be sveral symptoms. What the two axis represents in the output

I have classified patients based upon some features and got a graph with a linear hyperplane with data points above and belove this hyperplane, please tell me what the horizontal and vertical axis stands for in the output of the SVM
