It is the situation when I install the MATLAB.

The installer cannot read the mwinstall.dll file, This is probably due to a CD reader which can only read files with an eight.three naming convention. Please see the technical support page at www.mathworks.com for assistance.

Have you checked the FAQ?
  1. Is it a really old computer?
  2. Can you download and avoid using a CD drive at all?
  3. What release are you trying to install?
  4. Can you copy the CD to a folder on your local hard drive before running the installer?
