Here, at least this can possibly run.
Truth_Taple_mapping = {'T' '0' '0' '0' 'G' '0' '0' 'G' '0'};
dna_stego={'ATG' 'TCG' 'ATC' 'TTC' 'ACC' 'CCC' 'ACC' 'AAC' 'CAG' 'ATC'};
get_codon = ???? % am i supposed to guess what this is?
for m=1:numel(Truth_Taple_mapping) % j is never used as an index
if ~strcmp(Truth_Taple_mapping{m},'0') % the char '0' is not the number 0
for k=1:numel(dna_stego) % none of these length variables are defined
num=get_codon(dna_stego{k});
if (num==1)
temp=dna_stego{k};
temp(3)=Truth_Taple_mapping{m}; % i is an invalid index since it's complex
dna_stego{k}=temp ;
end
end
end
end
Without knowing what is actually being done, there isn't any way to troubleshoot or simplify the code. All I can do is fix the obvious errors.

As I noted, I don't know what the function get_codon() is or what criteria it uses for determining its output state.
