can't generate code of simulink

This is simulink of 741 OP_AMP. The response i m getting seems wrong as well as can't generate code of the simulink. No matter whatever voltage source i m using every time i m getting same response. Please me with this. The simulink's and it's response image is being attached with the mail.

Your link shows just the response of your simulation. This is not enough to guess what exactly is your problem.

now this is your TTL Logic as well as response of op amp. Please help me with it. I am again using the same problem.
