Why do I receive the warning "No blocks found for looping" when generating a Simulink Report for a model with a Masked Subsystem?
When running the report generator you see the following warning in the Generation Status panel of the Setup File Editor:
no Blocks found for looping
If you look at the HTML document in Table-1-6, the blocks from the Masked Subsystem appear correctly. Its interesting though that Table 1-6 lists the blocks in this masked subsystem yet this warning should occur.

This bug has been fixed for Release 14 (R14). For previous releases, please read below for any possible workarounds:
This warning is just an informational message. It means that the system doesn't contain any blocks for the block loop to loop upon. The warning message has no effect on the behavior of the Simulink Report Generator.
