This error occurs when the MATLAB Web Server 1.2 (R12) uses the htmlrep.m that was shipped with the MATLAB Web Server 1.1 (R11.1).
To avoid this problem, please make sure that MATLAB Web Server 1.2 is actually using the htmlrep.m from MATLAB 6.0 (R12). If you are not using MATLAB version 5.3.x we recommend removing it from the system path or even uninstalling it.
