Go to this page, scroll down to the middle of the long page where you see "Coding Photo editing STEM Business ...." and select "STEM". Voilà!

Same thing for Mac Mini. We got one for the house, and I had to try it with some calculations i do for work. For some reason it never uses more than 50% of a CPU core... and when i time it the calculations takes longer times on one of the M4 cores than it does on my i7 9850H from 2019.
