I recently started learning MATLAB and Simulink, and I’m exploring the MathWorks website for study materials. Are there any free tutorials, examples, or beginner guides available directly from their official site? Also, are there special sections for students or personal users to access learning content without needing a full license?

All of the Onramp courses from the MathWorks Online Training Suite are avalable for free to everyone in the world. You do not need a MATLAB license, you only need a free MathWorks account. The courses are interactive and you get an online completion certificate when you finish them. The one to start with is MATLAB Onramp MATLAB Onramp | Self-Paced Online Courses - MATLAB & Simulink but there are many including courses on Deep Learning and image processing.
Another good source of free study materials from MathWorks are the MathWorks teaching resources, available on GitHub MathWorks Teaching Resources
