Generates random feasible uncertainty from a valid polyhedral uncertainty set.
Input:
  • n: number of realizations to generate
  • p_under: lower bound on the breathing pattern phases (vector)
  • p_over: upper bound on the breathing pattern phases (vector)
Output:
  • randomRealizations: n rows of realizations (matrix)
