This function plots the Gershgorin Discs for the matrix A passed as an argument. It will also plot the centers of such discs, and the actual eigenvalues of the matrix.

Partly inspired by Bill Driscoll's circle plotting script (http://www.dsprelated.com/groups/matlab/show/25.php).

C'mon it a circle! Of course it has applications. The unit circle is everything. Let's not put the horse in front of the the cart. I mean it is rocket science. The circle is rocket science.

This is not really a useful utility for computation. The fact is, in my entire career, I recall exactly two times when I used Gershgorin disks, and I did not actually need a plot then anyway. So I'd see this as mainly a teaching tool. As such, it produces the plot it claims to produce. I'd have liked to see axis labels on the plot. I'd have liked to see more explanation about Gershgorin disks - a topic that many individuals may at best barely recall from some class long ago. Perhaps a Wikipedia reference would have been appropriate...
