Let Matlab select your picks for you. Probably just as good or better as if you did it yourself (remember last year).
Determines the outcome of March Madness using weighted random variables. Weights and results are based on initial regional seed number. (Users are encouraged to revamp this using historic weightings--for example, the probability of a 16 seed beating a 1 seed is probably much less than 1/17.)
