RES_MEAS is a gui for interfacing with signal analyzers and oscilloscopes. RES_MEAS has three main goals:
1) to capture and download trace data from a variety of instruments (analyzers and scopes).
2) to save and load data files for viewing away from the instrument.
3) to automate resonator analysis.

RES_MEAS can be used to download, display, and save the data from any kind of instrument that creates traces on a screen (i.e., signal analyzers, oscilloscopes).
Data can be downloaded from the instrument and saved to a file for viewing later. Data can be saved in ascii or binary formats. The plots can be saved as graphics files. RES_MEAS can also automatically measure and analyze resonator network (sweep) measurements.

RES_MEAS is built using the KPIB functions. Instrument communication is by GPIB. RES_MEAS supports the analyzers and scopes supported by KPIB v4.97:

Hewlett-Packard 89410A
Hewlett-Packard 4395A
Hewlett-Packard 4195A
Hewlett-Packard 8753ES
Agilent E5070B/E5071B
Hewlett-Packard 8560A
Tektronix TDS family oscilloscopes
HP Infiniium Oscilloscopes
