Soccer Injury Asessment GUI

Add soccer ball impact velocity, impact location, and neck condition to determine brain injury risks through existing injury metrics.

This code was developed as part of existing reserach in assesing the concussive and subconcussive injury risks between a soccer player's head and ball. Imput soccer ball velcoity, impact location (horizational and vertical metrics), and the awareness of the imcoming soccer ball (active neck condition), or lack of awareness (passive neck condition) to ouptut injury risk metrics such as HIC15 and BrIC which may be converted to AIS injury risk values.
