Tournament Editor/NCAA March Madness

A 16 team tournament randomizer with 2009 march madness teams.

This program allows user to enter 16 teams to be randomly placed in a 16 team tournament bracket. User is then able to randomly play tournament out until the last team remains. Also, user will be able to recall the 2009 March Madness tournament and randomly play it out through the appropriate region or through the final 16 teams in that year's tournament. No odds have been used so a #1 seed has a 50-50 chance to lose to a #16 seed. If you have any ideas of how the odds can be put in, let me know and ill try. This would be a great aid in this years tournament for the women who have no idea how to select teams in brackets.
