InSPIRE -- 2D to 3D Conversion for further image analysis
It is useful for visualization and image
registration. This code stacks 2D images into a 3D volume. It then resample user specified plane to obtain orthogonal image plane for 2D image processing and registration. To enable 2D image processing, the filename of each 2D slice should be image.1.png...image.5.png...image.n.png
user input number of first and last slices.
