1 Draw a rectangle by dragging open a box to create a magnifier axis
2 Click and dragging move the axis
3 Scroll to magnify the graph in magnifier axis
4 Press ESC to freeze the graph in magnifier axis; dragging and moving
axis are still availible, but scrolling is not
5 Press ESC again to end
Note: Magnifier axes are tagged 'Magnifier'(for findobj/findall)
Supported only for 2D graph
