This function simulates the Plan Position Indicator plot for tracking of a target in a radar system.
This function simulates Radar Plan Position Indicator plot. It can be used to detect a target which falls in the maximum detectable range of the radar system. Given the values of the distance of the target at various instances and the angle at which it is approaching, the function plots the target position in a polar plot.
