This gui based application incorporates all aspects of pulse propagation in Nonlinear media.It uses the master equation for pulse propagation under slow varying envelop approximation known as General Nonlinear Schroedinger equation.This helps you simulate propagation of chirped or non-chirped super-gaussian and hyperbolic-secant pulses in any medium or multiple media placed in succession.
The application has two modules.First one helps you analyse the input pulses.One can load different pulses whose temporal and spectral width gets displayed against them in the list provided.The second module helps you choose from the loaded pulse and select the media.The launch button launches the pulse in the medium.
