his function TEMPORAL_PREDICT takes old image and new image and finds out the motion vectors(x_motion & y_motion), temporal predicted frame (pf) and the error value (E_temporal). The default block size is taken as 8x8 and the search window as 16x16 first the motion vector(x_motion and y_motion) is calculated and then the predicted frame and the error(E_temporal) from such an reconstructed frame is also calculated. Plot_flag=1, plots the figures.
Example:
[E,x_motion,y_motion,pf]=spatial_predict(image_old,image_new,1);
