Open source code for calculating bioaeosol deposition in lungs

Scientists at FDA have recently developed an open source code in MATLAB that is based on ICRP's Lung-deposition model but meant specifically for purified monodisperse bioaerosols of influenza virus, anthrax causing bacteria etc. This code can calculate deposition of bioaerosols and dose in different compartments of the lungs for various population age groups (e.g. children, adults).
