The input image should be binary for the best result. If your image is gray-scale, first try to threshold it using a proper method such as Otsu. Also, you can check this code:

Hi, thanks for uploading this file. It works for some of my SEM images, but for others, the pore map is not correct, so it gives incorrect pore radius values. Will try to upload some example images here. Could do with some adivce on how to correct the error please?
