To restore both contrast and color we propose following steps:
(i) RGB component of the input image is converted into YUV format
(ii) applying adaptive contrast enhancement technique on Chrominance of V image. and Luminance of Y image
(iii) finally combining Y U V components to get back RGB components.
Now hazy is removed from image....
