Open-source algorithm for automatic choroid segmentation of OCT volume reconstructions. This software was developed by the HMR Biophotonics Lab (http://biophotonics.ca), Hospital Maisonneuve-Rosemont, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is open source and it was released under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE v3. It is only for research purposes.
