LISA is a MATLAB package for image processing and statistical comparison of two sequences of images that represent two contrasting scenarios, such as, the before-and-after treatment status of a subject, two longitudinal sessions of a subject for a monitoring purpose, or sessions of two different subjects.
LISA outputs four different types of statistical movies to identify significantly different regions between the two sequences: a movie of curated difference (D-Movie), a movie of the non-parametrically smoothed difference (S-Movie), a movie of variance-adjusted smoothed difference (T-Movie) and a movie of multiple comparisons adjusted p-values (P-Movie).
