Solves the Fokker-Planck equation for the dynamic mass-spring-damper system illustrated in ForceBalance.png with only a single "substrate" interaction. This code can be used to verify the Modified Multibond Model numerical simulations when there is only one substrate interaction. A publication with a full explanation is nearing readiness for submission.

Instructions for use

CallFokkerPlanckPDEMovingBC(Periodic or Harmonic)Potential.m , FokkerPlanckPDEMovingBC(Periodic or Harmonic)Potential.m, PlotAllProbs.m, and CalcResults(Periodic or Harmonic)Potential must be in the same folder.

Choose the mechanical and dynamic parameters you wish to use on lines 13-21. You may change the spatial and time resolution on lines 24 and 25 respectively.

Run CallFokkerPlanckPDEMovingBC(Periodic or Harmonic)Potential.m
