refer to figure by name rather than handle, also includes scroll-wheel zooming an panning, and persistent figure positions and sizes

fHandle = iFigure('My Figure', 'zoom') will open the figure into it's previous position, and with scroll-wheel based zoom and pan. Some keyboard keys will allow synchronous zooming (in x, y, or both) of multi-subplot images.
