We have developed a Matlab App (GTS Oligo Designer) with a graphic interface to help researchers design Foligos (PS-modified and non-modified), Noligos and Boligos. User can unzip the file, copy all files into Matlab, then run “oligo_designer_for_gts”. Input the information of fragment or barcode (sequence and name), click the design button and output the needed oligos information.
