Projectile Simulation with aerodynamic drag
Version 1.0.0 (242 KB) by
Lawrence Agbezuge
Euler's method is used to simulate the flight of a drag force influenced projectile, launched at a specified height, velocity and angle.
This is a popular project assignment for students who are studying Numerical Methods with Matlab.
The equations solved are a set of first-order nonlinear differential equations
by using Euler’s method. The Runge-Kutta method (or ode45) could also be used for improved computational accuracy.
