EV Commute and Charging Station Simulation

Takes city dimensions, no. of EV, Number of charging stations, etc as input and outputs a charging station log sheet in discrete time.

Input arguments: No. of EVs, charging stations, City Dimensions, avg range as inputs. The EVs are generated with random SOC, and at random coordinated within the city boundaries. Charging stations are also generated at random coordinates. It maps the arrivals at the charging stations with the amount of time required to charge them. It also has a probability-based slot booking. It presents the output in an excel sheet.

*Was originally made for octave so some minor functions might differ from Matlab.
