This code computes the current on a vertical thin wire dipole antenna of length L and radius a. The solution is based on Galerkin's method using overlapping triangular (PWL) basis and testing functions. This code also plots the currents and the radiation patterns associated with the antenna. The number of segments N is left for the user to choose. This program serves as a reference code for results comparison and validation of a MoM implementation. Also, it is possible to tweak the code to define an arbitrary shape wire antenna if needed.
