haver.isconnection - Verify whether connections to Haver Analytics data servers are valid

Syntax

X = isconnection(H)

Arguments

H

Haver Analytics connection object created with the haver function.

Description

X = isconnection(H) returns X = 1 if the connection is a valid Haver Analytics connection, and X = 0 otherwise.

Examples

Establish a Haver Analytics connection H:

H = HAVER('d:\work\haver\data\haverd.dat')

Verify that H is a valid Haver Analytics connection:

X = isconnection(H)
X = 1
