Simulink annotation in subsystem!! Urgent

Good morning, please I have a problem in Simulink, I created a subsystem that which is due to completely empty it serves to separate functional blocks. problem for me comes in the fact that when I create an annotation for a given block and drag it to the subsystem disappear annotace me that there was written. Prosím o pomoc. I am writing a Bachelors moment I can not find anything to that the one asking for help

Not sure if I understand your question completely. May be you can share some screenshots explaining your question. Also, using empty subsystem just to separate functional blocks may not be a good option. Instead, if you are sure about at what time these blocks should be functional and at what time they should not, then you can have a controlling variable to decide that and use variant subsystem to get the job done.
