can I use several version of simulink?

I have R2011b right now. To get different versions simulink like 2014b, do I have to buy it? Or my license cover that?

No. You cannot use Simulink (or any other MATLAB toolbox) for a newer release of MATLAB with an older release.
In order to use the newer version of Simulink, you must upgrade your MATLAB release. Sorry.

If your license is current on software maintenance service, you can upgrade to Simulink R2014b (or R2015a, for that matter) for no additional cost.
