using number plate recognition feature pls help

how do i use to enhance the number plate photo?

i added the number plate image but it only displays it as codes, cannot see image

There are millions of ways to enhance images. We can't list them all here. You have to be specific, like you want to remove noise, sharpen edges, increase contrast, make colors more vivid, or whatever.
