For detection and tracking of ships

If I want to make detection and tracking of ships inside the sea, Is any Matlab toolbox that can help me to do that??

Thank you very much on your interesting....

If I want to make detection and tracking of ships in the sea from Video file with taking in my account the "background" will change always (not constant) because of the sea waves so I would like to know which "Topics" inside "Computer Vision System Toolbox" and "Mapping Toolbox" can help me for that where I must take in my account many factors such as the speed, distance/time and so on of each ship inside the sea.

It might not matter that the sea changes if you can still see the ships. Perhaps thresholding will still work. Maybe you need to do a tophat filter or an edge filter or something. We can't tell because you haven't posted an image. Try posting one at snag.gy.

Dear all,

I'm approaching the writing of a ship detection algorithm in maritime environment. The algorithm shall be able to detect a ship both in open sea condition and harbour condition.

The algorithm shall work in real time (30 FPS). Do you have any suggestion about the method to use?
