plotvec plots all vectors given in a matrix with a vector in each row.
Possible are 2D or 3D vectors.
Optional a name of the vector can be given in an addional matrix. Than the name and the coordinates of each vector are displayed.
View syntax with 'help plotvec' inside matlab.
