Compute SNR for MRI parallel images using different reconstruction methods

There are three methods we used here to compute the SNR of MR images: ACR, SoS, and OPT.
The three techniques are The American College of Radiology (ACR) standard methods, the parallel image reconstruction using a normal sum of squares (SoS) reconstruction, and the parallel image reconstruction using optimal coil sensitivity (OPT) (Kellman and McVeigh, 2005).
