Description

Ever wish you could show or hide the name of the block without having to navigat to right-click->Format->Show Block Name?

This adds a custom menu item under the Diagram Menu to toggle the state of the 'ShowName' property of one or more selected blocks in your model.

More important, this assigns this function to the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+S. So now you just highlight the blocks and hit Ctrl+Shift+S to show/hide the names!

Hi Fabrizio,

To apply customizations to Simulink, you can use sl_customization files like this one. You don't actually run these files, but instead make sure this sl_customization.m is on your Matlab path and run the command:
sl_refresh_customizations

Please see the online documentation for a more detailed description of how to customize the Simulink environment:
http://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2014b/simulink/ug/registering-customizations.html

I hope this helps. Thanks!

How do you add this to SIMULINK ?

should I run the sl_customization function?

But with which argument?

Thanks for your time.
